How Much Does It Cost To Rent A Limousine?
Limousine prices and policies will not vary much company from company. You should never choose a company on price alone. CAUTION: If you accept the lowest quote, You may get less than you need.

Always ask for a description and size of the limousine. Larger Limousines are in high demand, and at times may be unavailable. You may be able to hire two or more smaller limousines at about the same cost per person.

Most Limousine companies require a minimum rental of three to five hours. Some companies will start charging when the limousine leaves the garage or may charge for travel time to the area where service begins. Most companies charge from the prearranged time until the end of service. If you go over the time you reserved, expect to be charged overtime at the hourly rate. Most weddings take longer than expected so ask about reserving the limousine for an extra hour in advance. It may not be possible to extend your rental at the last minute. To reserve service, most companies require a one hour Credit Card deposit or up to 50% of estimated services.

The limousine you are booking will be reserved for you for a specific period of time. Cancellation policies are different for each company, ask when making the reservation. Your deposit may be forfeited if you cancel on short notice, so be sure of your plans and keep the limousine driver informed of any changes. Limousine companies book up to a year or more in advance. reserve your limousine as soon as you are sure of the date and time of service, especially if you are looking for a specific type or size of limousine.
